Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BRIGHTINWD ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.brightinwd.com (the "Website"), contact us, or interact with our products and services, including our advertising and marketplace activities.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, company name, phone number and message content when you contact us or request a quote.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referring URLs, collected through standard server logs.
• Advertising account data: when we connect to third-party advertising platforms such as the Amazon Advertising API, we access advertising performance data (campaigns, keywords, impressions, clicks, spend and sales metrics) for accounts we own or are authorised to manage.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• To process wholesale, OEM and ODM orders;
• To manage, analyse and optimise our own advertising campaigns;
• To improve our Website, products and services;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Amazon Advertising Data

Data obtained through the Amazon Advertising API is used solely to manage and report on advertising campaigns for BRIGHTINWD and accounts that have explicitly authorised us. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for any purpose other than campaign management and reporting. Access tokens are stored securely and access is limited to authorised personnel. Data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and deleted upon request or when authorisation is revoked.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (for example, hosting, email and logistics providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Cookies

The Website uses only essential technical cookies needed for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies on this Website.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls, to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
